1. How could they manage the project
Of course not all Outsourcing companies are really most give of what clients needs, But Outsourcing companies are really widen because of their description as a company. they are the solutions in all companies as long as there is a involvement, for some reasons Outsourcing companies is a type of establishments that deals with the modern technology or how technology runs through the time is. Outsourcing has a big help to our job more easy, yes for some areas there are problems, such as technical reasons, because we all know that Outsourcing is a kind of TeleCommunicating by their clients.
The NoName company provides their task or projects which is from the clients, as the said, In the side of the clients, of course they need to demand much more, because they paid at the exact cost of they need, and they have their own ideas of what is the outcome of that certain task which is that could satisfy them, The programmer team side, they have all the concerns of what their clients needs, they have the responsibility to meet that demands yet they didn't get or achieve what prospect is because of some reasons that misCommunicating or misInterpret of course we all human we are not perfect that situation could not really avoid to happened. But for me they could manage the project through having a step by step process to be needed. first is by listening of what their ideas as a development team. so in that particular sharing they come up of giving some key points on how they strategized their project, they have an appointments or conference on how they achieve or meet their expectations. and to clarify and analyzed the instructions given by the Clients, and of what clients wants and from time to time they need to inform the clients,of some informations to be added or they need to add, of course clients give a certain task which is given due dates, so we think twice if that certain time could accomplished of that project if how its runs or the output is, for example that kind of projects needs a lot of time to build so we need to finalized if that projects could really done is that specifeic due date that has been given. As programmer there are a lot of some things to be considered, such as time management, the cost or the situation may happened along the way and etc. And of course we have our own unique capacity, So if what clients rely or demands, think twice that if it is possible or not, of how wide the scope of that project is. Programmers need also to share their ideas to their clients or what is the best for them to have a successful project. And also it’s the company beneficial that all programmers should give their best for their clients, so that clients could really impress,on their specific tasks, that their should always trust them in terms of their needs because of their excellent job or output or they meet the expectations of those clients. So it may be possible that their clients refers on the said company, because of their very great job.And to more established in their company profile.
If the team already know the miscommunication to their client they must confirm it first before starting the project. We don’t know there are several changes to the project and there effort in making the project early would go wasted. That’s why the project leader must study first the project before giving it to the team. The project leader would take the responsibility especially the liabilities in making the project. And after the things clear out then they can start the project and consume the time given to the project. If they have encounter the problems during the process the project leader would look at first and think for the best solution. If the project leader can’t find the appropriate solution to the project the leader don’t understand the problem. The leader should find an alternate solution like surfing to the internet only to feed their difficulties.

And we some tips also by managing a project that to be more effective but there some tips also that we need to consider also, and it depends on web developers or programmers, first is we have to be more precise and more critical in analyzing the data, we all know that Web Developers and programmers are really , for us to is the business discipline widely adopted by companies and public institutions to manage one or more external service providers as part of an outsourcing strategy. Is a broadly used term that encompasses elements of organizational structure, management strategy and information technologyinfrastructure.
In this case or scenario we should be careful in some areas of making starting our project because we do not know that there things to be needed to give more focus especially the concerns or the expectation of the clients because there are some clients who has a high standards in making their needs, so as a programmer or web developer we should be more optimistic, and reliable to our
clients. thats all.
2.What methodology is appropriate for this project to avoid this kind of problem?
In every kind of business as well as different kinds of project have some particular methods that are suited for it. Method or methodology is known as a rigid form of approaching a certain project. These methodologies are kinds of approaches that will also serves as a guideline for an individual or a group who have specific operations or task that must be done. Methods that will use in a certain project depend on what kinds of project it is and how the team will work on it. But in a project team having only some methods in a project is not enough, great skills are also needed. With this, the flow of the project will be more organize and it will lessen the problems in the future regarding with the project. Method regarding in project management has many kinds. Those various kinds of methods are ways in achieving the sequence of steps in project especially the last one which is the completion of the project. Completion of project team to a particular project is the great achievement than anything else. It’s like working in a mining activity then finds a very huge gold of bars from a bloody hardship for it.
In any problems, there are methods that can be use as a remedy. Like problem in Communication between people who are connected in a particular project. Communication is an act of conveying information through sharing of thoughts by means of speaking, body language or any instrument that can be used for connecting other people. As we know, communication towards other is very important whatever relationship it is, can be a personal communication like a family or a friend, professional connection like people who are in the business, and other kinds of relationship. Being connected to others is a good thing. It serves as the path way for everybody to have peace and order in whatever activities you have to work on. Communication is a way that people understand each other and unite as one. Like a company having with a project team or a development team. In a group of people, it’s very important to have communication to achieve well-organized group who works with each tasks and be united with their one goal. Members of the team will just work on the flow doing their assigned task and reaching their aim target, specifically the called success.
In the case of NoName Company who has difficulty in communication, they could have some methods for resolving this problem. Miscommunication is a very awful thing to happen especially if this misconnected happens to a project team towards to their clients. This will resolve by thinking some methods that will lessen it or to avoid it for the next time around if there are new projects that will come. But these methods are not easy to achieve, it’s challenging and it cost too much efforts to attain this methods. These methods that can be used in having effective communication are the following: Having a definite focused in the subject or in the project; listening carefully and obtaining open communications; knowing the wants of your clients; having best communication device;
Having a definite focused in the project is very important to achieve efficient communication in working the project. The word focused is a term which means to concentrate something. In business, the focus of each individual who are business minded is the success on what they are doing. If the project manager together with his fellow members in the team have this focused in line with their each task then achieving success is not impossible to attain. Focusing in a project is through discussing the task of everyone in the team and also with their one goal as a group. The second method that was mentioned is listening carefully and having open communication towards the clients. During the planning stage or discussion concerning the project between the team and the clients, the team should listen carefully to the clients. The team must understand all details in the project so that what happen in the NoName will be avoided. If the developer catch all the particular details related to the project then all is well. This also avoids the vagueness of the team towards the project. The third method is also connected in the second method which is very important to achieve effective communication is identifying the desires of your clients. The wants or the demands of the clients must be identified by a developing team so things will be in the flow and no problems will arise in terms of working in the concept of the project. After identifying the wants of the clients then that’s the time that the team will work on it. If the project team fails to identify the desires of the clients regarding with the project then there will be conflicts with the both sides between the developers and the clients. Like what happen in the NoName Company, the entire scope of the project is always changing due to the complains of the clients towards to the work of the team. The fourth one is having the best communication devices or tools for connecting the clients. It’s the job of the developers to have reports of the happenings concerning with the project. If the team were able to send updates to the clients then things will be all right as long as there’s no problem with the work of the team. The developer should use effective emails or any communication tools to make it possible.
In the world of business, effective communication is one of the key to achieve success. Without communication in the team is like a soldier who go to the war without his weapons. It’s important to have the presence of communication not only for the business group like project team but also for everyone. As what I’ve said, communication brings peace and order to a group which forms unity and leads us to the aim success.
